Mark Bingel - Esprit Wellness Massage Therapist
Massage therapist at Esprit Wellness, Mark Bingel applies a very scientific approach to medical and sports massage. His technique focuses on working each layer of tissue present in and around the problem area in a vey systematic order. He has developed this technique through much research and practice with chiropractic theory in mind, and it has proven to fit very well within the chiropractic approach here at Esprit Wellness.
Mark has been practicing medical massage therapy for only 3 years, but has quickly developed the skill found in much more experienced therapists. Most likely this is due to his knowledge of the body. Mark keeps up on all the latest research in massage, personal training, stretching, and nutrition. He knows the anatomy and physiology of the body inside and out as he has worked as a personal trainer and as a nutritionist before finding his calling as a therapist. Mark has worked in doctors' offices and numerous spas and manages a select private clientele list of his own.
Mark received his Certification in Massage Therapy through the Finger Lakes School of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Ithaca, NY in 2006. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in nutrition from Plattsburgh State University in Plattsburgh, NY in 2005 with a minor in chemistry and personal training.
