The Graston Technique

The Graston Technique® incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. The Technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.

First Visit

Consultation, chiropractic examination, x-rays
(if necessary), and spinal muscles scan.
Duration: 45 minutes to an hour.

Consultations take about 10-15 minutes. During the consultation Dr. Sid, educates you on chiropractic and surveys your health history by asking you a series of questions. Based on your health history, Dr. Sid determines the course of your chiropractic examination and reviews your options. You are then able to make an informed decision about the course of chiropractic examination you wish to pursue.
