The Graston Technique

The Graston Technique® incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. The Technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.

Recognizing that healing is a journey of learning, self discovery and empowerment, Dr. Sid designs workshops to educate, support and inspire you throughout the healing process. As old practices and beliefs peel away you begin to see marked differences in your health and quality of life. Our health workshops are held at our offices every Monday night at 7:30pm . We invite you to learn more about a health care model that honors your individual innate healing process.
