Tis the season!  Our last post on how chiropractors in NY boost their immunity, generated much interest. Questions such as: what brand of supplements do you trust? What juicer do you use? What type of butter, salt, etc are you cooking with? And, please share your recipes.  So welcome to your NYC chiropractors home! We begin with sharing our Apple pie recipe.  Enjoy! Feel free to share it!

Ingredients:

6 organic apples cored and cut
2 whole grain organic pie crust (shortcut: one to cover the top)
1 table spoon cinnamon
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
2/3 cup raw honey
1/2 tablespoon Himalayan rock salt salt
1/4 cup of Kerrigold pure unsalted butter sliced
LOTS of LOVE

Pre-heat over to 350

mix all ingredients together EXCEPT the butter
let sit for 20 min
pour it into the pie crust
put butter on top
place remaining pie crust on top to cover
brush a little bit of honey on top crust

bake 350 for 1 hour

Let sit for one hour or enjoy right away!
